Dear God: It's been a long day. I've been a wreck, a roller coaster of emotions. I've been mad to the point where I thought I was going to lose my judgement, I've wallowed in self pity, I've felt pressured and stressed, and I've felt sorry and stubborn. All of this in one day. I pray to you, God that you will help me stabilize my emotions, because I don't think I can hold out for long, with these mood swings. It doesn't affect just me, but the people around me as well, I know that. Even a song can deter my current emotion. I'm constantly struggling to act like I'm fine when I'm upset in one way or another. I don't know what's wrong with me.
